It’s that time of year again! From roasting seeds, to baking desserts, to carving those scary ol’ pumpkins, I go all out for Halloween! This year, I’m featuring handmade pumpkin buttermilk donuts alongside Opal Apple Cider n’ Fireball Whiskey. Betch’a didn’t even realize how great a combo warm cider ‘n whiskey is! Well, pour yourself a glass, heat it up, and check out these Facebook banner graphics I designed for the festivities. They’ll get you in the mood to slice n dice pumpkins! And get in touch if you’re interested in a custom design for your special event! Continue reading “Pumpkin Carving Time!”
To thank my friends for their encouragement and loyalty throughout the year, for my birthday, I always throw them an outrageously fun party. Sometimes it’s an afternoon in the town, other times it’s a crazy night in the city—but this year, I hosted a low key pirate themed costume party at home! It was like being 12 again, with the addition of adult punch and better pinata stuffing. And I designed my own cute invitations to get people jazzed on Facebook! Christmas is a wonderful time to reflect and be thankful! Most of my family traditions revolve around gift exchanges, elaborate decorations, a smorgasbord of cookies—and an entire kitchen full of delightful foods!
This month on Catfight Craft, Brianna and I duke it out to make the cutest, easiest DIY projects with BURLAP! When we found discarded coffee bags by our favorite corner shop, we couldn’t let them die in the rain. We had a gazillion ideas how to reuse them! So, we followed our individual aspirations to see who could come up with the cutest, most inventive results!
If you wish you could give a fun handmade gift this season, but are pressed for time, my buddy Brianna, Pops and I made some great Leather & Lace Fascinators, Bracelets, Journals and Wallets this year—all available on Catfight Craft’s Etsy!
It’s my first year making holiday ornaments by hand, and while I set out to give them to family and friends, there’s just too many leftovers! So Catfight Craft is giving them away with every $60+ purchase (before shipping) on CFC’s Etsy! These trees go from just a dash of glitter to outright fabulous—and you can choose how wild you want it.
There’s been some good parties, crafting adventures and generally amazing times in this growing city that’s feeling more and more like home, and I wanna partake in the holiday tradition, and share why I’m thankful!
